Meet Pam Harris, Broker/Owner
Bringing extensive knowledge and experience of the construction industry and of the Real Estate Market, Pam offers her clients an outstanding level of service. Integrity and honesty are amongst two of the characteristics that have helped Pam build a business of repeat clients and referrals.
Pam is a licensed Broker in the State of Texas and earned Entreprenuer of the Year in 2013. Amongst earning several awards, Pam also served on the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) Board of Directors from 2014-2015 and since 2013, has served on the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) Board of Directors.
Pam and her ex-Husband owned Megatrend Designs, Inc., a residential and commercial construction company in Houston, Texas for 23 years. Because of this, she offers extensive construction knowledge. She managed job projects such as Rice University, Baylor University, and many high-end homes throughout the River Oaks area.
Additionally, she offers extensive knowledge regarding Foreclosures, as she represented World Savings Bank for several years in listing their Foreclosed properties. Pam specializes in many areas, to include: assisting buyers to include first-time home buyers, helping people make a local or distant move by selling their current home and purchasing another, buyers purchasing new construction, investors, 1031 exchanges to defer taxes, and international properties.
When Pam is not selling Real Estate, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, two grandchildren, and traveling. Pam’s preferred destination is somewhere on a beach! She also enjoys volunteering as a Job Mentor at Angel Reach, a local organization in the Conroe area.
